Our services in the field of the public procurement include drafting of the tendering documentation, notifications of tendering, as well as drafting of the answers to the questions referred to our clients by applicants and bidders in the tendering proceedings. We also draft the decision on the choosing of the best offer, drafting of the contract on procurement of services and goods, contracts on awarding of concession and also provide the services of the representation before the State Commission for Supervision of Public Procurement Procedure.
We especially underline the fact that we have gained the experience in the public tenders under the legislation of the Republic of Croatia, as well as under the specific legal sources of the European Union legislation in the process of application and realization of the projects financed by the European Union grants.
